While working at Allen Hall Advertising as a copywriter on the Oregon Innovation Challenge account, I helped develop interview questions for promotional content, focusing on past winners, their projects and the ongoing support they receive. The video highlights a past winner, showcasing their project and how OIC continues to support them even after securing funding.
The video received over 76,000 views and generated significant engagement, including 140 likes, 46 shares and 21 new follows, demonstrating its effectiveness in raising awareness and connecting with our audience.
As the copywriter, I helped develop the "Because" concept, chosen for its versatility and ability to resonate with viewers. Every entrepreneur has a reason — a "because" — behind their creation and innovation. The Oregon Innovation Challenge’s “because” is to support aspiring innovators and help bring those ideas to life — because potential is meant to be unlocked.
I led the written content for the challenge’s Season 3 yearbook, helping define its voice and tone while showcasing this year’s winners. In close collaboration with my team, I interviewed award recipients to uncover and share the stories behind their innovations.

For our OOH advertising, I collaborated with our designer, Seberiana, to produce this mirror installation. I developed the copy "This is what an innovator looks like" and "This is the face of innovation," which was placed on the mirrors around the University of Oregon campus to encourage social media engagement and showcase the OIC community.
I also had the opportunity to write the copy for promotional materials. Our T-shirts encouraged people to engage with participants, learn more about their ventures and help promote the OIC brand.
